Who is behind this roofing company?

We price by roof size, pitch, tear-off layers, and decking condition. You get a free estimate before any work starts, and the price we quote is the price you pay unless you add scope. We do not tack on surprise disposal fees at the end. If the job turns out smaller than expected, you pay the smaller price.

What do we do differently on the job?

• We show up when we say. If we are running late, we call before the window closes.
• We protect the property. Driveways and plantings get boards and tarps when we are staging materials.
• We clean as we go. Magnets for nails, haul-away for tear-off, and a final sweep before we leave.
• We explain the roof in plain language. Repair versus replace is your call once you have the facts.

What won't we do?

We do not work with known asbestos materials, and we do not paint over active leaks and call it fixed. We also do not invent storm damage that is not there. If a patch will hold for years, we say so. If the decking is soft, we show you.

Are we insured?

Yes. New Haven Roofing Contractor Group carries insurance for the work we do. That protects you if something goes wrong on your property while we are on the roof. If we damage something, we make it right.
